Pope John Junior Receives Boston Bruins Sportsmanship Award
Corey McGrath, a junior here at Pope John and member of the Boys Hockey team, was recently awarded the 2007 Boston Bruins Ice Hockey Sportsmanship Award for the Catholic Central League- small division. Corey is the son of 1981 Alumni James and Lori (D'Agosta) McGrath. This award is given to one individual from every league in the state who best exemplifies what fair play and sportsmanship in high school hockey is all about. Congratulations Corey! We're very proud to have you at Pope John.
